Our qualified remedial education experts follow up with your child in a specialized and efficient manner, catering directly to their needs. They enjoy more than 20 years of experience with children and young adults suffering from specific learning disabilities (AD(H)D disorders, ASD autism Spectrum Disorder, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysorthographia, dysphasia) and offer you at-home or in-clinic sessions.

What does a remedial education expert do?
A remedial education expert's main role is to understand the learning style of a student and adapt lessons to match the child's pace and specific needs, while suggesting efficient strategies that help them overcome their learning challenges.
The remedial education expert intervenes with individuals exhibiting or prone to exhibit learning difficulties or disabilities, thus providing them with means to prevent their condition from worsening.
The expert also assesses and modifies the way a subject (child, teenager, adult) comprehends a topic and understands it. They devise learning strategies that are specifically adapted to the needs of a subject exhibiting various difficulties at school.
Additionally, the remedial education expert offers study techniques and methods, as well as useful tools to smoothen the global studying and exam preparation process. They finally conduct assessments that enable them to identify/diagnose a learning difficulty or disability.

Aligning with the school team
We ensure close coordination with the child's school caregivers in addition to updating parents on their child's progress on a regular basis. We also understand how important it is for schools to adopt specific measures that accommodate a child with a specific learning difficulty or disability in order to foster their academic success, and work towards achieving this purpose. Moreover, and in collaboration with the school team, the remedial education experts ensure the proper employment of all necessary tools that could help a child reach their full potential.
